Living with Learning Disabilities

The purpose of the service at Basill Manor is to provide accommodation and support for adults with learning disabilities, in a supported living service where individuals are able to exercise their rights, make choices, learn new skills and increase or maintain their level of independence.

Basill Manor, the main residential unit, is a 15th century restored manor house, within over 60 acres of land, including gardens, where tenants can become involved in growing vegetables. There are pottery and weaving activities which are available to tenants and individuals in the community.
